A series of animated ad films for a confectionery brand, built for LED boards and indoor screens.
Produce a series of animated films for the brand, running on outdoor LED boards and indoor screens.
Three constraints shaped everything: tight style references, the brand mascot had to be integrated into a moving narrative, and every film needed to survive adaptation across multiple screen formats and viewing distances.
The work started with a design concept in Figma, based on the brand book and approved references. A single visual system covered everything: banners, typography, brand colours.
The mascot was generated with AI, then animated using Roto Brush and frame-by-frame refinement in After Effects. Some films were built entirely inside After Effects with no AI at all, where timing and motion precision needed full manual control.
Each film was built as a modular system: static layout, layers in Figma, animation in After Effects, export under strict technical specs.
Keyframes, speed curves and the Graph Editor kept the motion smooth and alive even in a five-second spot. Particular attention went to price pulsation, banner unfolds, and small mascot movements — a head turn, an "OK" gesture — details that add life without clutter.
25+
In the first month, over 25 films were delivered across formats: LED boards at 3.7×2.7 m and 6×3 m, plus indoor screen spots.
The campaign ran across the city — on major streets and inside retail locations. Every file met the brief.
The client returned later with a new order, which is the clearest signal the work holds up.
